This hands-on class is run as a company, Projects Unlimited, by students who build from scratch and customize projects to meet clients' specifications. Students market their own products and manage their own books. Technical skills with hand and power tools are refined as students design, plan, and complete a wide variety of products. Examples of current projects are birdfeeders, stepstools, cabinets, and custom frames.

The New Milford High School Greenhouse is an integral component of the curriculum for Plant Science I and II. Students enrolled in Plant Science classes grow and sell various plants as a commercial greenhouse would.
Plants are available for sale to the general public twice during the school year, with poinsettias on sale during the holiday season and various annuals and vegetable plants on sale in the late spring.

The School Store is operated by Marketing I and Marketing II students. The Store carries school supplies, NMHS apparel and accessories, approved food snacks, drinks, greeting cards, NMHS coffee mugs, NMHS lanyards, key chains and film. Store Hours are 7:45 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. - 2:10 p.m. (these times may vary due to student schedule).
